Curated, considered, and always evolving.
A closer look at the brands I’ve helped build.
Here’s a sense of how I work: the clients I’ve partnered with, and the projects behind them, from what’s in progress right now to what’s already wrapped.

Every brand below started the same way — a conversation, then a plan.
Below is a closer look at three of the partnerships I’ve built: what each client needed, what we built together, and where things stand now.
Anette DeMattio: A Brand Built on Lived Experience
Anette turned six-time cancer survivor and embodiment coach experience into a distinct, unshakeable brand voice.

Facebook — Anette’s calm, embodied voice in practice

Her Notion hub — templates, planning and monthly reporting in one place
Anette had lived through six cancers and built a career on that experience, but her online presence didn’t sound like someone who’d earned the right to speak with that authority. She wasn’t posting regularly, and what she did share risked reading like generic wellness content: soft, encouraging, general. It didn’t reflect the specific weight of what she’d actually survived, and it wasn’t attracting the kind of person who needed to hear it from someone who’d been there.
The call I made was to stop writing for a “wellness audience” and write for one type of person specifically: someone outwardly coping but inwardly exhausted, high-functioning enough that nobody around them realises how close to the edge they are. That’s a narrower brief than most coaches want, but it’s the only positioning that could carry the weight of her story honestly. Everything since, the five content pillars, the monthly research check-ins, the visual direction, exists to keep that one sentence true across every post.

Karen Conlon: A Podcast, Built From the Ground Up
Karen turned a decade of clinical expertise and two published books into a podcast built to reach the people who needed to hear it.

Newsletter, Stan Store, podcast platform and carousel setup
Karen had a decade of clinical experience and two published books. She had a goal to start a podcast, and I helped shape the pre-launch content and build the actual systems behind it.
Many people don’t realise that starting a podcast is the easy part, it’s keeping it running consistently after month one or two where the real work begins. So rather than treat this as a one-off launch project, the call was to build the operating system first: a Notion hub for episodes and guests, a repeatable distribution setup across every major platform, and a content pipeline that could turn one recording into a week of supporting posts. That groundwork, and the support that followed launch, is what kept Emotionally Wealthy running long after the excitement of episode one wore off.

Clean & Pristine: Brand Refresh & Launch Toolkit
This was a brand new business that needed to build visibility and find a system that made posting easier.
Scattered branding and inconsistent posts were making it hard to build trust with new clients — a full brand refresh and a ready-to-use content system helped them get more eyes on the brand.

The original look — before the refresh

The rebrand — one cohesive system, ready to run on its own
This was a brand-new, eco-friendly and hypoallergenic cleaning business with no visual identity to speak of and no rhythm to their posting. Scattered branding and inconsistent content made it hard for a new customer to look at their page and trust the business behind it, especially for a business this specialised. Their original branding read as a generic cleaning brand, when their actual product was anything but generic.
The call was to prioritise their real point of difference, eco-friendly and hypoallergenic, first. That’s a specific market, and it needed a voice and a look that actually echoed it. That meant a real brand refresh, then a template system with months of content ready to go, and a posting calendar simple enough that it would actually get used without hands-on management.
